Little Creek has great coffee and fantastic coffee shop entrees, quiches, and pastries. They have a great little space to work in, with free wifi, and the drinks are top notch. Great place to get a cup of coffee and more in the North Woods!

The coffee is okay. The oatmeal is pretty good, and so are the pastries. I like this place the best of the three coffee shops in the Minocqua area. It's expensive but no more than is typical for the area. No free wifi though- at least not on the day I brought my computer a couple weeks ago.

Very nice place! Super cozy seating areas and I'm a sucker for places with a fireplace! Coffee was really good! I had a Mocha Frappe two days in a row and those tend to be hit or miss at coffee houses but this was perfect both times! Great selection of flavored syrups available as well. I've always really enjoyed Horhey's but now I definitely have another place to get my drinks!!

If you are unfortunate like me and have to do work over your vacation, come to this spot. Doing work is not so bad when you have free Wifi, plenty of power outlets, tables with a view of a frozen lake and falling snow, fire in the fireplace, excellent espresso/tea menus, good selection of sandwiches/soup, and friendly staff. Definitely check it out, a great addition to the northwoods.

Was ok. My latte tasted burnt, had an icky after taste. I ended up not finishing it. Cute place.

Great find! I enjoyed several cups of different teas, and a quiche so good I went back to the counter to give additional tip money. I had the veggie quiche and would recommend it to anyone. The staff is very friendly! This is a "keeper," as they say.

Located on Hwy 51 in a nice log cabin, this is a new player in Northwoods coffee. I stopped by last week and had coffee and a cinnamon roll; yum! A small coffee is $1.25 if you dine in with free refills. They have a flat screen TV with comfy chairs and free wifi, I'm guessing, as many were there with laptops. They have breakfast and lunch sandwiches and you can buy beans as well. I'll be back when I'm in this neck of the woods.

I am very accustomed to mediocre coffee drinks while traveling through smallish towns, I don't expect much. So I am delighted to report that I had a top notch double espresso at Little Creek Coffee. Ordinarily I wouldn't order an espresso at this type of place, but I was impressed that the owner had done the research and not spared the expense of buying a three group La Marzocco Linea (the same machine we use in our coffeehouse in Green Bay). I didn't ask whose espresso blend she was using, but it was a very tasty double shot. I didn't try the drip coffee that Leah was complaining about, but my wife thought it was very good, and she doesn't suffer bad coffee.

I get up to the Northwoods about once a month and make this coffee shop a regular destination. Last month I had the best soup I have ever tasted. I think it was Chicken Tarragon. This was so good I had two bowls and wanted more but had no room. The next day I came in for a breve' and a cinnamon roll per the staffs suggestion. WOW!! I love this place and am looking forward to my next trip so I can enjoy another cinnamon roll and hopefully the Chicken Tarragon soup again. Their French Roast coffee is the best, not over-roasted like most. The baristas are friendly and know how to make a perfect latte'. I bought beans to take with me and when I got home I continued my love affair with this gem in the Northwoods.

Beautiful coffee shop with a relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. Excellent lattes. Cozy fireplace seating area. Peaceful outdoor seating area that we enjoyed in the summer. We only had coffee here although the breakfast menu looked delicious.

I have a very mixed review... For I have been there twice within the same week... With totally different results. First time... I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and the service was nice and prompt... And they make a mean smoothie! That deserved a four star rating! Then my I came in this morning for a smoothie and coffee to go ( think of a caramel macchiato type of beverage ) for my husband and myself and it didn't go nearly as smooth... Sadly I came in behind two very "needy" groups, and I don't think the barista and cashier positions were very "strong".... End all be all, I waited 20 minutes to be waited on and then it took another 15 minutes to get my beverages. No apologies, no nothing. It shouldn't take 35 minutes for a couple of drinks. This stop rates a mere two stars. After getting those drinks and walking out to my car... The nail in the coffin was that I found out the large hot beverage wasn't even full... The place itself is really quite nice... And they serve food that looks very good... But if you can't figure out a better system up front the cute little coffee shop may lose a lot of future customers.

Quaint little shop with a great seating area and patio overlooking the lake - could have spent an afternoon getting lost in a book. Service was another story. One person taking money AND making the drinks (never washing hands between.) The "barista" needed some help to deal with post holiday morning crowd. Our drinks were mediocre at best. Nothing was labeled so we had to taste test to figure out who had what. Flavor shots did not show up until you hit the last couple swallows.

The coffee is ok; the food is usually good, but expensive for what you actually get. The atmosphere is kind of like being in someone's living room which is cozy, but just ok. Nice view through the windows. Like I said, it's ok to grab some coffee and go, but there are better places in town now.

Use to love to come for the "sticky buns " but they altered recipe to just a cinnamon roll and it is just blah... I would have paid any price for the way they use to taste ! We would bring others to feast on those babies ! Owner was always snotty to us about them too. Well no problem, we won't be coming back !

I decided it was about time I checked this cute place out. 3 girls at the front counter and none of them were smiling and no one greeted me, despite there being only one person at the counter at the time. I came for their internet access and wanted to be sure it was working before I gave them business by buying a latte. I set up my computer and it needed a password. I stood in line and said I need a password for the computer and she said they give it with purchase. I ordered a coffee, got my password. She brought the latte to my table and then proceeded to inform me that they have had internet trouble that day. Sure enough, no matter what I did, I could not get access. There was a gentlemen sitting at a table next to me struggling as well and he got up and left. I asked if she could reset the router but they said it's just busy. I asked for a to go cup for my coffee and tried to find a gentle way to suggest them putting a sign on the door that their internet is down - I added that she knew I was there for the internet and that she should have mentioned the problem BEFORE she made me order something. A different girl, older brunette than the other 2, chimed in and stated the internet wasn't down. It was just a bitter, dishonest experience. I would have been happy to go on my way with them smiling and simply apologizing but instead they were drips and unpleasant. I have told my whole family and none of us will ever give them business. Which is too bad as it seemed like a cute place. My hazelnut latte was average - not worth returning for without pleasant people working there.

Fantastic place to grab a cup of coffee ... any way you like it, for you Starbucks addicts!! The soups and sandwiches are tasty and very creative. They do it right! This is the place I go to to escape my family for some "me" time. Had a fab turkey melt sandwich and a to-die-for creamy cauliflower soup. Quiet time in a cozy setting with high speed wi-fi is a real plus in the middle of the Northwoods. Love this place ... Be sure to make it part of your visit to the NW.

This little spot is a diamond in the rough. Luckily, I joined friends there a few weeks ago and got so much more than I expected. Beyond a very busy espresso line and an exceptionally fabulous selection of teas is a homey, cozy place to regroup all dressed up in knotty pine. This coffee hot spot gives you more than great scones and mocha; they had a book signing going and after that a 90 minute concert by a wonderful author, nashville trained artist, singer-songwriter. He was wonderful, got the customers involved, and we had a great time. So, while I tapped my foot, enjoyed a fabulous strawberry oolong, and tried not to sing off key; I did what I was supposed to do when I got up here. Forgot about time and troubles and kicked back. Clearly, the Little Creek Coffee Company offered me a first time that won't be my last. Thanks!

Cozy, great location, good food and coffee. My husband has to work when we go up north and he patronizes Little Creek for it's free wifi and tea every time. Outdoor seating in the summer is delightful overlooking the lake and wooded area.
